Job Description
About the Role:
Hycus Solutions is seeking a passionate and articulate Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our domestic clients. You will provide exceptional service via phone during office hours (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Contribute to a supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional English and Urdu writing skills.
- Fluency in Urdu (written and spoken).
- Strong computer skills and phone etiquette.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree; prior call center experience is a plus.
