Job Description
SKIN XPERTS PVT LTD is seeking a dynamic and reliable individual to join our team as a Chat Support Agent for the night shift. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat professionally.
- Provide accurate information to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus.
Working Hours: 11am-8pm
Salary: PKR 30,00 Basic + Commission
Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar Block 15.
