Job Description
Join Jalal Sons as a Bakery and Deli Supervisor! In this role, you will be responsible for organizing all floor operations and allocating responsibilities to staff. You will supervise and guide team members to achieve maximum performance, analyze sales reports, and make purchase demands as needed.
Key responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, managing damages, expiries, and purchases, as well as ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. You will also address customer complaints to maintain the store’s reputation and plan in-store promotional events or displays.
