As a Customer Service Agent, you will:
- Provide professional user support through calls, emails, and live chats.
- Handle inquiries and concerns with professionalism and positivity.
- Manage inbound calls and ensure excellent customer retention.
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance our service.
Location: Johar-Town, opposite Emporium mall
Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Salary: Up to RS. 80,00 per month with amazing perks.
