Job Description

Prima Systems is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Full-time IT Support L1 Officer to join our team. You’ll provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or chat, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, documenting support activities, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of IT support experience and be proficient in English. Salary range: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
