Job Description
Aims Contact Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled IT Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, with at least 1 year of proven experience in IT support, preferably in a call center environment.
Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network functionality, and providing technical support to staff. Knowledge of VOIP and Asterisk is a plus.
This is a full-time position with a pay range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month. Working hours are from 3 PM to 12 AM (UK Evening Shift).
