Job Description
Interactive Outsourcing Solutions is seeking experienced and fresh candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative for a US-based campaign. The role involves collaborating with the customer support team to identify and resolve client inquiries promptly via phone calls.
Requirements: Fluent in English, 1-2 years of experience, and intermediate education or higher. Critical thinkers who communicate effectively are preferred.
Perks: Bonuses, medical insurance (if married), and weekends off. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 PM to 5 AM. Salary: Rs35,00 – Rs70,00 per month for vaccinated candidates.
