Job description:
The CS & Admin Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients while supporting daily administrative operations of the visa consultation firm. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and requires strong communication skills, discipline, and a professional approach to handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Greet clients professionally and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate information about visa consultation services and appointment procedures
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
- Follow up with clients regarding documentation, payments, and application status
- Handle client concerns or complaints in a polite and professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality of client personal and immigration-related information
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize client records, files, and documentation
- Assist consultants with case-related administrative tasks
- Prepare basic reports, data entries, and correspondence
- Manage office supplies and support daily office operations
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles (experience in visa/immigration or service industry preferred not mandatory)
- Good fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-disciplined, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
