Job Description
DE IT Solution seeks a professional Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR activities, policies, and procedures. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance management, attendance, leave and payroll coordination, recordkeeping, grievances and disciplinary actions, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 1–3 years HR experience, strong HR policy and labor law knowledge, excellent communication and leadership, confidentiality, and proficiency in MS Office/HR software.
