Job Description
Habitt seeks a motivated Retail Sales Assistant Manager to oversee daily outlet operations, drive monthly sales targets, lead and coach store staff, and uphold exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include handling customer escalations, managing inventory and merchandising, conducting regular stock checks, preparing daily sales reports, and supporting internal audits.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business or Retail), 3–4 years of retail experience with supervisory responsibility, strong leadership and communication skills, customer-service orientation, and analytical problem-solving ability. This is a full-time, in-person position.
