Job Description
PEOPLE PVT LTD seeks a proactive Duty Manager to oversee front office operations in Lahore. The successful candidate will supervise the front desk, concierge, and guest relations teams; manage check-ins/check-outs, reservations, VIP arrivals, and guest issue resolution; support occupancy forecasting and room revenue optimization; and ensure adherence to SOPs. Additional duties include staff training, report preparation, and schedule management.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field; 3–5 years’ front office/duty management experience in reputable hotels; strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and multitasking abilities under pressure; proficiency with Opera/Oracle Cloud PMS and Microsoft Office. Full-time, in-person role.
