Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success & Support Lead to build and lead a high-performing team dedicated to customer satisfaction and retention. You will own onboarding, manage escalations, and cultivate strategic account relationships while defining processes, KPIs (CSAT, NPS), and reporting standards. Collaborate with Product and Sales to enhance the customer experience, mentor support agents, and implement scalable workflows.
- Lead operations and continuous improvement of support processes
- Drive metrics-driven programs and executive reporting
- Provide hands-on coaching and cross-functional partnership
Requirements: 5+ years in customer success or support, proven SaaS leadership, excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and CRM proficiency.
