Job Description
5 Star Innovations seeks a full-time Customer Support Representative based in Wapda Town, Lahore, to support US customers. Night shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. Salary: Rs. 50,00–60,00/month.
- Responsibilities: handle inbound/outbound calls, email and chat; resolve issues; maintain CRM records; coordinate with internal teams; and meet KPIs.
- Requirements: minimum six months’ experience serving US clients (one year in tech/internet preferred); strong spoken and written English; excellent problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced night-shift environment. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
