Job Description
We are seeking an experienced School Principal to lead academic and administrative operations at our Valencia Lahore campus. Full-time, onsite (8:00 AM–3:00 PM). 5–10 years of relevant experience required. Salary: Rs90,00–Rs150,00 per month.
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee daily school operations.
- Mentor and evaluate teachers and coordinators; implement curriculum and policies.
- Ensure student safety, regulatory compliance, and support admissions and school events.
- Manage staff development, scheduling, and school-wide decision making.
Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed preferred), strong curriculum knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. Prior teaching and academic coordinator experience required; Principal or Vice-Principal experience preferred.
