Job Description
Gourmet Foods seeks a proactive Bakery Production Manager to lead FMCG bakery operations. The incumbent will oversee daily production per SOPs, ensure HACCP and food‑safety compliance, maintain product quality and sanitation standards, support new product development, optimize manufacturing processes, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve targets.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science; 4–5 years’ experience (FMCG preferred); age 25–30.
- Skills: strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities; production planning expertise; commitment to operational excellence.
