Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Unity Engineer to drive development, lead a small team, and deliver polished interactive experiences for mobile and PC.
- Architect systems in Unity (C#), optimize performance, rendering, and memory usage.
- Implement gameplay, tools, and CI pipelines; collaborate closely with designers and artists.
- Mentor developers, enforce code quality, and improve team workflows.
Requirements: 5+ years of Unity experience, strong C# skills, solid understanding of rendering and memory management; multiplayer experience is a plus. Proven leadership and excellent communication skills are required. We offer a competitive salary, flexible hours, and remote work options.
