Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to oversee product inspections, sampling, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include incoming and in-process inspections, analyzing test results, identifying defects, and coordinating corrective actions with production and engineering. You will maintain quality records, update procedures, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Required: bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field (or equivalent), a minimum of two years of QC experience, strong attention to detail, familiarity with ISO standards, basic statistical tools knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to collaborate across functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
