Job Description
Costa Coffee is seeking a full-time Barista in Karachi to provide professional, customer-focused service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, preparing and serving beverages (from simple to specialty drinks) and light food items (soups, sandwiches, pastries), answering menu questions, making recommendations, processing payments, and maintaining inventory and equipment (cleaning, basic troubleshooting, scheduling repairs). The role also requires keeping the workspace sanitary and organized, supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality, and assisting efforts to attract customers and expand the menu.
- Salary: Rs40,00–45,00 per month
