Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd seeks a professional Retail Sales Associate to uphold store standards and support daily operations. Responsibilities include conducting shop rounds, maintaining housekeeping and displays, receiving and processing returns, labeling pricing and departments, monitoring bestsellers, and assisting with promotions and book fairs. The role requires engaging customers to drive sales, acquisition, and retention, and following Shop Manager directions, including timely display changes and potential transfers.
- Requirements: prior sales consultant experience; intermediate education; excellent verbal and written communication; strong client needs assessment; charismatic and punctual.
- Full-time, in-person. Salary: Rs.35,00–40,00/month (12-hour shift) or Rs.30,00/month (10-hour shift).
