Job Description
Nexline BPO, powered by RCMBS, is seeking a full-time, in-person Verifier to support auto insurance and final expense products. The Verifier will confirm applicant identity, contact and beneficiary information; validate documents such as driver’s licenses, vehicle registration, and consent forms; perform scripted verification calls; and accurately record information in the CRM. The role requires identifying discrepancies, escalating issues, and coordinating with agents while adhering to federal, state, and company compliance standards.
- Preferred: experience in insurance, call centers, or verification roles
- Required: professional phone etiquette, strong attention to detail, time management, and CRM proficiency
- Compensation: Rs35,00–Rs80,00 per month
