Job Description
Sybrid Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced International Sales Manager to lead night-shift sales operations. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, ensure consistent customer service excellence, and make sound decisions under pressure. We value high motivation, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Responsibilities: develop and execute international sales strategies, manage key accounts, and meet performance targets.
- Compensation: Rs60,00–Rs100,00/month plus uncapped bonuses and commissions; eligibility for car bonuses and performance-based incentives.
- Position: in-person, full-time, with clear career progression and additional benefits for top performers.
Requirements
