Job Description
TechBiz Global GmbH is seeking an Adobe Journey Optimizer Specialist to join a leading client team. The specialist will configure and manage multi‑channel journeys (email, SMS, push, in‑app); design and implement real‑time triggers; integrate RT‑CDP audiences into workflows; configure offer decisioning, branching, and personalization; perform QA and testing; and monitor and optimize live journeys.
Required qualifications:
- Deep expertise with Adobe Journey Optimizer and real‑time orchestration
- Proven experience in journey design and cross‑channel campaign execution
- Familiarity with RT‑CDP audience segmentation and activation
- Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills
