Job Description
Humanity & Inclusion seeks one Country Technical Specialist in Education based in Peshawar, Pakistan. Under the Technical Head of Program, the specialist will lead inclusive education and Education in Emergencies (EiE) technical strategy, provide guidance to project teams, ensure technical quality and compliance, promote project learning, and support research and innovation.
Key duties include advising Project Managers on standards and proposals, monitoring programmatic quality, fostering local partnerships and advocacy, contributing to business development, and supporting emergency preparedness and response.
Requirements: fluency in Pashto and Urdu, excellent written English, strong program management, monitoring and assessment skills, and a firm commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and diversity.
