Job Description
Abacus seeks a dedicated Training Executive to design and deliver learning programs for our growing BPO/call center operations. The role focuses on improving agent performance and customer experience while supporting organizational objectives.
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training for new hires
- Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and monitor training KPIs
- Coach and mentor trainers; develop and refine training content
Requirements: Minimum 2 years in a BPO/call center training role, strong facilitation skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field. Master’s/MBA preferred.
