Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative with 1–2 years of B2B sales experience or a background in chemical manufacturing; candidates with paint industry experience are highly encouraged to apply. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Sialkot that requires regular travel.

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (maximum).
• Experience: 1–2 years in sales, preferably B2B or industrial chemicals/paints.
• Compensation: Rs55,00–Rs60,00 per month, plus attractive incentives and company benefits.
• Responsibilities: Develop and maintain client relationships, execute territory sales plans, and meet sales targets while representing the company in the field.
