Job Description
We seek an experienced Sr. HR Generalist to oversee core HR functions and cultivate a positive workplace culture. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Advise managers on employee relations and performance matters
- Maintain HR policies, records, and legal compliance
- Support training, development, and engagement initiatives
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, proven experience in a similar HR role, strong communication skills, and comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices.
