Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Upwork Bidder to identify suitable Upwork projects, prepare tailored proposals, and support client acquisition. Key duties include searching and qualifying leads, writing persuasive error-free proposals, promptly communicating with clients, coordinating estimates with internal teams, and maintaining bid records in spreadsheets or a CRM. Required: strong written and verbal English, familiarity with freelancing platforms (preferably Upwork), attention to detail, basic spreadsheet skills; IT/design/development knowledge is a plus. Desired soft skills: proactive mindset, fast learning, professionalism, and teamwork. Entry-level candidates with 0–1 year experience or relevant internships are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time, on-site position.
