Job Description
We are seeking a senior leader to direct SL BOS operations in the UAE and Bahrain, ensuring business strategy execution, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. The role manages cross‑functional teams, resource allocation, budgets and P&L, and timely service delivery. The incumbent will build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, drive process improvements, and coordinate with regional leadership to meet growth objectives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Experience: 8+ years in operations or service line leadership; proven multi‑country management
- Skills: strong analytical and people‑management capabilities; stakeholder engagement
- Language & travel: fluent English (Arabic preferred); ability to travel within the region
