Job Description
Provox Global Solutions seeks a skilled Artificial Intelligence Engineer to design and implement conversational agents using Dialogflow CX/ES and CCAI. The role includes optimizing customer interactions, building and maintaining backend services with Node.js, managing APIs, and deploying cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; 5+ years of software development experience.
- Technical skills: Dialogflow (CX/ES), CCAI, Node.js, JavaScript, SQL, API management, and GCP.
