Job Description
IBSTEC is in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Personal & Procurement Assistant to support our administrative and procurement functions. The ideal candidate will aid management with office coordination, liaise with suppliers, and assist during external visits related to purchasing and business affairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks.
- Oversee procurement activities, including vendor management.
- Conduct external visits for purchasing and official meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
