Job Description
One World Immigration Law Consultant is in search of an organized and professional female receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our firm. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting clients and visitors, and efficiently performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients.
- Make calls to generate leads and follow up with potential clients.
- Schedule consultations for interested clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
