Job Description
WBM Technologies, located in Lahore, is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive for a full-time position with a contract duration of 24 months. The selected candidate will deliver high-quality customer service through chat, email, and phone interfaces, showcasing exceptional multitasking abilities in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
– Address customer inquiries with professionalism.
– Effectively resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
– Prior customer support experience is preferred. Candidates under 30 years of age are encouraged to apply.
