Job Description
Salary: Starting from PKR 60,00/- + Performance Incentives
P-Tech Pvt. Ltd. is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our Medicare verification team as Medicare Claims Verifiers. This role involves making outbound calls to verify customer information while ensuring accuracy and professionalism throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls for verification purposes.
- Effectively respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records.
- Identify potential upselling opportunities.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: 1 year of call center experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
