Job Description
Overview:
Zeta Technologies is looking for a committed Executive NOC to ensure the seamless operation of our network systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shift activities, resolving technical issues, and supervising provisioning and routing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor messaging traffic and address Level 1 technical issues.
- Manage customer complaints across multiple communication channels.
- Facilitate provisioning and routing requests, along with generating operational reports.
- Execute interconnection and testing for wholesale messaging carriers.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a minimum of 1 year in a relevant role; proficiency in SIP, SMPP, and Linux; strong analytical skills; and fluency in English.

Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
