Job Description
TECHNOSYS is currently looking for a qualified Software Support Executive with direct experience in supermarket or retail software. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of billing and inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver effective support, address POS-related inquiries, train personnel, monitor system performance, and assist with software installation and updates.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, 1-2 years of experience in software support, familiarity with POS systems, and strong troubleshooting abilities.
Work Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday; weekends off. Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
