Job Description
Unique Group of Institutions is looking for a committed HR Officer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in recruitment and selection efforts, maintaining our CV databank, and sourcing candidates through diverse channels. Additional responsibilities include managing onboarding processes for new hires, assisting with organizational development initiatives, and supporting performance management systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in MHRM, MBA (HR), BBA (HR), or a similar field, along with 1-2 years of relevant HR experience. This position requires in-person attendance.
