Job Description
A.T.S Synthetic Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Incharge. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Polymer and have 5-7 years of practical experience in the plastic industry. Key responsibilities include overseeing and optimizing production processes, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring product quality and efficiency.
Collaboration with operations, quality assurance, and maintenance teams is essential. The candidate will be expected to prepare production reports and uphold hygiene standards. A strong understanding of the plastic industry, as well as hands-on extrusion experience with PVC and HDPE, is required.
