Job Description
Zenith Associates is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Officer with hands-on experience in networking, CCTV systems, software, and hardware support, along with vendor management expertise. This full-time role focuses on maintaining our IT infrastructure and delivering timely assistance to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and manage LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Install and maintain CCTV systems.
- Provide technical support for desktops and laptops.
- Coordinate procurement with vendors.
- Manage general IT tasks and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science.
- 2-3 years of IT support experience.
- Strong networking and troubleshooting skills.
Salary: Rs 40,00.00 – Rs 50,00.00 per month
