Job Description
TTC Amigos BPO is seeking a skilled IT Administrator & Network Specialist to manage our IT infrastructure and ensure seamless network operations. This on-site position requires a proactive professional to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage servers, hardware, software, and user accounts.
- Design and maintain a secure network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct system updates, backups, and security audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in IT administration and network management.
- Proficiency in networking protocols and virtualization.
