Job Description
Prime BPO is actively looking for Quality Assurance Executives (QA) with exceptional verbal communication abilities for our international projects and campaigns. We offer a competitive salary of 45,00 PKR per month, along with attractive bonuses and incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live call monitoring and provide trend data to management.
- Evaluate the performance of customer-interacting departments on a daily basis.
- Engage in QA meetings and training sessions.
- Coordinate calibration sessions with team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Outstanding English communication skills.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts.
