Job Description
Gourmet Foods is actively seeking a qualified Assistant Manager to join our HR Payroll department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, which includes managing attendance, leaves, and overtime. Key responsibilities also encompass handling legal deductions, processing final settlements for departing employees, and maintaining current payroll records.
The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (a Master’s in HRM or MBA in HR is preferred) along with 5-6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in payroll management, ideally within the FMCG sector.
