Job Description
Shark Technologies is currently seeking a skilled Dialer Administrator for our US-based call center in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will take charge of managing and optimizing our automated dialing systems, ensuring optimal campaign configuration, performance monitoring, and strict adherence to telemarketing regulations.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing call data to boost agent productivity, and generating insightful reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with preference given to those with prior experience in a US-based call center environment.
