Job Description
Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a Zonal Manager responsible for managing, controlling, monitoring, and evaluating operations within their designated zone to achieve maximum efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage branches for effective cost control and performance.
- Ensure availability of resources, including personnel and IT equipment.
- Assist in recruitment and training of staff.
- Implement and enforce company policies and SOPs.
- Report to Head Office and ensure parcel security.
Job Specification:
- Graduation / 14 Years Education.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to effectively train and implement SOPs.
