Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a leading telecom company, is seeking enthusiastic Banking Helpline Agents to enhance our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer calls professionally, resolving inquiries and complaints effectively, processing orders and payments efficiently, and managing updates to customer accounts.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 per month (Performance-based incentives)
Requirements:
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience in the banking sector.
- Experience with Easypaisa/Jazz Cash campaigns is preferred.
