Job Description
Sky Marketing is in search of a committed Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our Human Resources team and oversee the complete recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements.
- Utilize various online platforms to source potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments.
- Maintain candidate information using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Create customized job descriptions and interview questions.
- Coordinate recruitment events and job fairs.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
