We are currently seeking a Call Center Team Lead who will oversee daily BPO operations, ensuring exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will supervise call center agents, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), manage escalations, and deliver effective coaching.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a minimum of 1 year of team lead experience in a BPO setting, exhibit strong leadership skills, and hold a Bachelor’s degree.
