Job Description
We are excited to announce a full-time on-site opportunity located in Karachi, Main Shah Re Faisal. As an International Customer Service Representative at TRG Ibex Global, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information, processing orders, and engaging with customers through phone, email, and chat.
Key qualifications include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CRM software. Proficiency in multiple languages and prior customer service experience are advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract | Pay: Up to Rs100,00.00 per month.
