Job Description
Please Note: This is an on-site job position. At Wadic, we are seeking a Junior Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to source, attract, interview, and hire exceptional employees, preferably with prior experience in the IT sector.
Responsibilities: Recruit for senior-level IT roles, screen resumes, conduct pre-screening calls, manage the candidate experience, and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, 1 year of recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in recruitment tools.
Timing: Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
