Job Description
Lime Software Logics (SMC-PVT) Limited is looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner (Talent) to become an integral part of our team. This full-time position requires night shift availability from 7 PM to 4 AM and is based at the Bahria Town Tower, PECHS Block 2, Tariq Road.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage the entire recruitment process, facilitate the onboarding of new employees, oversee employee relations, process payroll inputs, and generate necessary HR reports.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience, is required.
The salary for this role ranges from Rs80,00 to Rs100,00 per month, in addition to potential hiring commissions. Are you prepared for the night shift?
