We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to be a vital part of our team. As a CRO, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them through phone and email communication. Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with at least 6 months of customer service experience and exceptional communication skills.
